PM SVANidhi mobile app

• Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri launched PM SVANidhi mobile app to ease loan process and provide information for street vendors. 
• The scheme aims to restore self-employment, Self-Sustenance, and Self-Confidence among street vendors.

India-Nepal

• India and Nepal signed seven agreements in the fields including trade and commerce, cross-border petroleum pipeline, development of Integrated Check Posts, hydroelectric projects and payment mechanisms.
• Both Prime Ministers jointly inaugurated an integrated Check Post between Rupaidiha-Nepalgunj and Sunauli-Bhairahawa.

Men’s Junior Asia Cup

• Indian hockey team defeated Pakistan in the final of the Men's Junior Asia Cup 2023 at the Sultan Qaboos Youth Complex Stadium in Salalah, Oman. 
• This was India’s fourth title at Men's Junior Asia Cup.

• A successful training launch of a Medium-Range Ballistic Missile, Agni-1 was carried out by the Strategic Forces Command from APJ Abdul Kalam Island in Odisha.

• He belongs to 1987 batch of Indian Naval Armament Service.

• Air Marshal Rajesh Kumar Anand took over as Air Officer-in-Charge Administration (AOA). 
• He was awarded Vishisht Seva Medal in January 2022 by the President of India.

National Training Centre for FSSAI

• Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya inaugurated National Training Centre for Food Safety and Standards Authority of India at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. 
• An e- learning app- Food Safety and Certification (FoSTaC) developed by FSSAI for street vendors was also launched.

Unified Registration Portal For GOBARdhan

• Union Minister for Jal Shakti launched the Unified Registration Portal for GOBARdhan. 
• It will act as a one stop repository to assess investment and participation in Biogas/CBG sector at pan India level and more importantly streamline the process of setting up CBG/Biogas plants in India.
